Dear Investor,

We hereby call the Co-owners of the Hotel Enterprise “C DESIGN HOTEL”, located at Avenida Lúcio Costa, No. 17,360, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held in person at the hotel's Events Room, on December 18, 2024, starting at 6:30 p.m., in the first call, with the presence of half of the condominium owners and at 7:00 p.m., in the second call, with any number of participants, to deliberate on the following agenda:

1. Hotel Performance in 2024;

2. Perspectives for 2025.

Investors who are unable to attend the meeting may appoint a proxy to represent them, provided that the proxy is sent 5 (five) business days before the event to the email address relacionamento@cdesignhotel.com.br, so that we can check and validate the document internally.

We emphasize the importance of the participation of all co-owners in this meeting, as the deliberations and conclusions reached will be binding on everyone, as well as given the relevance of the topics on the agenda.
